Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the privately operated Union County Court Docket resource. By browsing content or using a search tool, a visitor accepts these conditions. A visitor who does not accept them should not use the resource.

No FCRA use. This private resource has no affiliation with a government agency or court and is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It may not be used for decisions about credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance. Its role is limited to identifying official Union County and New Mexico court-record access channels.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference resource, not a government office or court service. It does not hold official dockets or court records, retrieve a case, change a setting, or file a document for a visitor.

The resource identifies the official Union County custodians, including the Clerk of the Eighth Judicial District Court, the responsible trial courts, and New Mexico case-information services. Court access remains subject to Rule 1-079 NMRA, the judiciary's public-access rules, and the court holding the case.

2. Informational Use Only

All material is general information. It is not an official docket, a court order, a certified copy, or legal advice. Confirm any Union County record, setting, fee, or procedure with the clerk or court that holds the case.

3. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

  • Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
  • Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

The resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not generate consumer reports. Do not use information from the resource or a linked service for a purpose the FCRA regulates, including:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

The restriction applies even if an official court source is linked from the resource.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing here is legal advice. Court information may help identify an official channel, but it cannot determine how a charge, filing deadline, order, or case applies to a particular person. Consult a licensed New Mexico attorney for legal advice.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Dockets change constantly - cases are filed, hearings are set, settings get reset, and matters are sealed, dismissed, or amended. We try to keep up, but gaps are unavoidable. Nothing on this site should be treated as an official statement from a court or clerk. Always verify a docket entry or court date with the court that holds the case before you rely on it.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

We link to clerk of court sites, trial court portals, statewide case-search systems, legal aid organizations, and outside search services across this site. Clicking one of those links moves you off our platform and onto one we have no control over. We are not responsible for their content, how they handle data, what they charge, or whether their site stays online. Check their terms before using them.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code on Union County Court Docket belong to the resource or its content partners unless another owner is identified. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative work without permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages that come from using this site - including decisions made based on information found here or through any linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, legal action, or demand that stems from how you used this site or from breaking these terms. That includes covering our legal fees and related costs.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico. Any dispute related to use of the resource must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New Mexico.

12. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms whenever we see fit. New terms go into effect the moment they appear on this page.
