Why We Built This Site
New Mexico court information is public within rules that also protect sealed and confidential material. The practical issue is locating the custodian. The Clerk of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Union County location holds District Court files. Magistrate and Clayton Municipal matters have separate clerk channels. New Mexico Case Lookup can provide case-level information, while registered re:SearchNM access may expose more information when the profile and court-access rules permit it. The goal is to separate those channels clearly and link the official sources that support them.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any New Mexico court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk or court holding a case can issue an official or certified docket or court record. A private reference resource can identify the proper route, but it cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Some pages contain a search box operated by a third-party provider. That provider controls its own service, pricing, and results. A paid sign-up through a provider can produce a referral fee. Official court information, hearing confirmation, and certified copies remain matters for the appropriate New Mexico court or clerk.
